Our company, specialized in construction, is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Asset Management to join our integrated technical and administrative team.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, asset management, and construction equipment, along with strong organizational and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain company assets, including vehicles, machinery, and heavy construction equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure project continuity.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at job sites.
• Coordinate repairs, periodic inspections, and servicing for all vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of asset condition, usage, maintenance, and costs.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacements or upgrades when needed.

Technical & Administrative Skills
• Proficiency with AIMS (or similar) maintenance management systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports and cost analyses for management review.
• Track vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and operational permits.
• Strong planning, organization, and field task allocation skills.

Fleet/Construction-Focused Experience
• Oversee preventive maintenance for heavy equipment and project vehicles.
• Analyze fuel efficiency, mileage, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with external workshops and suppliers for repairs and services.
• Supervise vehicle/equipment tracking systems (GPS / Fleet Management Systems).

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
