Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and promote enterprise-level/project-level BIM standards and processes, aligning with local (e.g., Aramco, DEWA) and international (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) standards.
2.Lead full-lifecycle BIM application, including design-phase clash detection & MEP coordination, construction-phase simulation & 4D/5D integration, and O&M-phase model handover.
3.Undertake BIM model creation, review, version management and technical support for on-site projects & tender teams (e.g., scheme compilation, quantity extraction).
4.Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve BIM technical disputes, promote collaboration platform application, and conduct internal BIM training.
5.Adapt BIM to Middle East's high-temperature and sandy environment, integrate local compliance requirements, and explore BIM integration with new technologies (GIS, UAV, etc.).
Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM or related majors; at least 3 years of BIM experience in construction units.
2.Proficient in core BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and collaboration platforms (BIM 360, Trimble Connect); skilled in parametric modeling and 4D/5D integration tools.
3.Familiar with Middle East local construction codes, tendering processes and FIDIC terms; experience in leading large Middle East BIM projects is preferred.
4.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); basic Arabic is a plus.
5.Familiar with Middle East labor safety and halal compliance; adaptable to local requirements and new technology iterations; relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region projects.
