Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor to join our Tendering Department in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both pre- and post-contract processes, and experience in high-rise building projects. This role requires strong analytical, calculation, and drawing interpretation skills, along with the ability to evaluate tender documents and perform risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and evaluate bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

2.Analyze and interpret project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

3.Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.

4.Monitor market rates and material costs to support tendering strategies.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in high-rise building projects.

3.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

4.Skilled in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.

5.Experience in risk management and contractual assessments.

6.Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

7.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
