The Inventory Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management, accuracy, and control of all inventory operations across Rezayat Catering’s business units& central warehouse,. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role ensures 100% SAP ERP-driven inventory governance, supports catering operations through accurate stock availability, cost control, and compliance, and safeguards company assets through robust systems, controls, and audits. The role is critical in supporting operational continuity, financial integrity, and strategic decision-making.
