General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive document management system to effectively track and organize documents. Utilize document management software to efficiently scan, copy, and store both electronic and hard copy documents. Employ document coding structure to streamline document organization and retrieval. Ensure the integrity and accessibility of digital documents by implementing appropriate backup and storage procedures. Implement stringent security measures to protect confidential information, including access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention strategies. Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of documents to authorized personnel. Analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement. Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Skills
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related subject.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in document management including having been in a similar role for large-scale PMC projects using OpenText.
- Technical knowledge of document and content management systems and typical data management applications.
- Methodical and analytical approach to work, the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA experience).
