Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Saudi HR Manager to manage and optimize human resources operations for our Saudi Arabia Project Department. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, contract management, and localization talent development strategies, ensuring that our HR policies comply with local Saudi regulations and supporting the company’s long-term development goals in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s business development needs in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top local talent.
- Handle employee relations, including inquiries, complaints, and disputes, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement company management systems and promote employee career development and skill enhancement.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Lead employee training and development programs to enhance professional and managerial capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive the implementation of the company’s localization strategy.

Requirements
- Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry or with multinational companies.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and familiarity with the local HR market.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in operating and managing relevant government platforms (e.g., Qiwa, Gosi, Mudad).
