- Ensure culinary innovation while preserving authenticity, consistency, and excellence.
- Act as the culinary ambassador of the brand in media, events, and guest interactions.
Executive Kitchen Management
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution during service.
- Establish and enforce executive standards for recipes, plating, portioning, and service timing.
- Implement best-in-class kitchen systems, workflows, and SOPs.
- Supervise all culinary outlets or kitchens under the Italian concept (if applicable).
Financial & Business Performance
- Own and manage food cost, labor cost, and kitchen budgets in line with financial targets.
- Drive profitability through menu engineering, waste reduction, yield optimization, and strategic sourcing.
- Collaborate with procurement to select premium, authentic Italian suppliers and products.
- Prepare and analyze culinary performance reports and KPIs.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performance culinary leadership team.
- Create a culture of discipline, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor future culinary leaders and support succession planning.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and team engagement.
Quality, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain audit-ready kitchens and adherence to local health authority regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.
Collaboration & Guest Experience
- Partner with restaurant management, service teams to deliver a seamless fine dining experience.
- Participate in menu tastings and VIP dining experiences.
