• Manage all aspect of Clearanceo of Parts Logistics, repair and outage support at site.
• Serve as the primary contact within the project/sales team ensuring parts availability and repair services are managed effectively.
• Ensure that appropriate quality and administrative systems are implemented and maintained.

Skills

• Prepare shipping invoices, certifcate of origen , packing list ..etc ,for export/imports shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse team on daily basis and report to supply chain manager any product shortage related to customer/supplier.
• Verify on daily basis that all deliveries are maintained MPW procedures.
• Follow on all delivery schedules and prepare to dispatch the customer orders to the site accordingly to the standards.
• Prepare all MPW forms on daily basis related to logistics and file accordingly.
• Arrange the logistics for all import /export shipments as per terms and condition of the sale and purchase orders.
• Supervise the clearing of the import and export shipments from Sea port, Air port, Borders. 
• Negotiate with transport companies, shipping companies, Courier companies for the best rates/terms.
• Obtain the required approvals from customs, DGR shipments, COC,IECEE ,SABER exemptions, etc.
• Claim the reported discrepancies with the supplier , clearance agents and insurance company .
• Park the suppliers invoices , customs duites and follow up with finance department for the payment.
• Maintan Saudi customs regulations such as Saber and SASO Certifications and update the suppliers accordingly .
• Ensure the receipt of goods in SAP system as per the ordered quanitiy, and update SCM database.
• Closely monitor all delivery schedules per day with Suppliers, forwarders, and shipping lines.
• KPI measuring of leadtime and continues improvement.
• Coordinate with project site admin for gate pass access to the customer plant when it`s nassery.
