Senior Account Manager (Project-Based / Contractual)

Language: Fluent Arabic (mandatory), English (professional level)


Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall delivery of the assigned project, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
  • Act as the point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Provide clear executive-level status reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.


Skills

Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory) with fluent Arabic and professional-level English.
  • 8–12+ years in senior account management, program management, or client-facing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia, with experience in government, semi-government, or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Executive-level communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage ambiguity and high-pressure project environments.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi business culture and protocols.


Engagement Model

  • Project-based / contractual role
  • Engagement begins upon project award and runs for the project duration
