Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our Real Estate Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting real estate projects, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Identify new clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client data.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage (preferred)..
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of real estate market and sales regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Valid real estate license (if applicable).
