The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining fiber laser CNC machines to produce high-quality components for various applications. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize CNC programs for fiber laser cutting machines to ensure maximum efficiency and precision in production.
2. Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition before production runs.
3. Monitor the laser cutting process to maintain quality standards and make adjustments as necessary to improve output.
4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate programming.
5. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure safety protocols are followed.
6. Train and mentor junior operators on CNC programming techniques and best practices for operating fiber laser machines.
7. Keep accurate records of production metrics and machine performance for reporting and analysis.
8. Implement process improvements based on feedback and data analysis to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
9. Stay updated on the latest advancements in CNC technology and laser applications to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
