We are looking for a Site Supervisor - Wood & Joinery to oversee joinery and carpentry works for fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising production and/or installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise wood and joinery works (doors, cabinets, wall paneling, wardrobes, ceilings, timber cladding, etc.).
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with factory, site team, and subcontractors for production, delivery, and installation.
- Manage carpenters and installers; monitor daily progress.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and protection.
- Coordinate with other trades and attend site meetings as required.
- Follow HSE and site safety regulations.
- Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years experience in joinery / fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of wood, carpentry, and joinery installations.
- Ability to read shop drawings and architectural drawings.
- Experience in KSA / GCC projects preferred.
- Good communication and supervision skills.
