We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Policies & Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and policies that align with our organizational goals. This position requires a proactive approach to quality assurance, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory and industry standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to promote best practices and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and facilitate training sessions on quality management practices.
  4. Analyze data and metrics related to quality performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  5. Lead initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and customer satisfaction through quality enhancement strategies.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices in quality management.
  7. Manage stakeholder communication regarding quality policies and performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-conformance issues and monitor their effectiveness.
  9. Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovative solutions from team members.
  10. Act as a key liaison between management and external regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
