Job Description:

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the execution of maintenance works for HVAC, electrical, and other electromechanical systems. The role ensures compliance with approved standards, improves operational efficiency, and provides technical expertise in facilities management environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Saudi Nationality (Mandatory) – as per client requirement.
• Supervise and follow up on maintenance works for HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ensure contractors’ compliance with approved standards, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electromechanical works to improve efficiency and quality.
• Prepare technical reports on recurring failures and propose effective root-cause solutions.
• Analyze system performance and recommend corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to facilities management teams and contractors.

Skills

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electromechanical systems and applying appropriate maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to analyze technical issues and determine root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to train, mentor, and guide supervision teams and contractors.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
