Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the VP’s schedule, including meetings

and appointments.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel reservations, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Report Consolidation: Gather and compile financial and departmental reports for

review.

  • Presentation Preparation: Create and format presentations for internal and external

meetings.

  • Power BI Skills: Ability to generate and interpret dashboards and reports using Power

BI.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and reporting team to ensure

smooth operations.

  • Vendor & Visitor Coordination: Welcome visitors, prepare gate passes, and send

meeting invites.

  • Email Drafting: Compose and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the VP.
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the VP and the department,

ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
