-Provide IT and functional support to customers during and after Odoo ERP implementation
-Assist users with system setup, configuration, and basic customization
-Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
-Conduct user training and prepare basic documentation
-Coordinate with internal teams and Odoo consultants when required
-Ensure smooth system operation and customer satisfaction
Skills
-Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
-Basic to good knowledge of Odoo ERP (implementation/support experience preferred)
-Understanding of business processes (sales, inventory, accounting is a plus)
-Good communication skills in Arabic and English
-Willingness to support customers on-site when needed
