Summary:
We are seeking a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the cleaning of plant pipes using chemical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and maintaining high cleaning standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise a team of technicians to carry out chemical cleaning of plant pipes according to set schedules and methodologies.
- Develop and implement cleaning plans based on the specific requirements of each project.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to during the cleaning process.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities without disrupting plant operations.
- Monitor and inspect the cleaning equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of cleaning activities, including chemical usage, process parameters, and results.
- Train new technicians on proper cleaning techniques and safety measures.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in chemical cleaning operations, preferably in an industrial plant setting.
- Strong knowledge of different chemicals used in cleaning processes and their respective safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in chemical handling and safety procedures is a plus.
