Responsibilities:


  1. To improve our marketing performance in corporate & projects
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target market.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website to attract and retain clients.
  5. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and support lead generation efforts.
  7. Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs to enhance brand awareness.
  9. Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  11. Assist in budget planning and management for marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  6. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Strong understanding of branding principles and market positioning strategies.
  10. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
