We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – ICT, ELV & Low Current & Physical Security Solutions to lead business development, client engagement, and sales execution within our technology solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales within Saudi Arabia, and a strong network across relevant sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales for ICT, ELV, and low current systems including structured cabling, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, AV systems, fire alarms and physical Security Solutions & access security.
- Client Engagement:
- Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their technical and business needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Proposal & Tender Management:
- Coordinate with presales and estimation teams to prepare bids, proposals, and pricing for tenders and RFQs.
- Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Revenue Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals and managing long-term client accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical, project, and executive teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and solution delivery.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure sales strategies align with local regulations and industry standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or electronic engineering IT, Business, or a related field. MBA or technical certifications are a plus.
Experience in private contracts, Government, or Enterprise clients is preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems ( CCTV, Access Control, Parking Management System ), ICT infrastructure, network solutions
- Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Commercial Acumen:
- Skilled in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and customer relationship management.
