Skills
Sales & Commercial Skills:
- B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Ability to sell intangible software solutions, not just physical products. They need to understand software licensing and ROI.
- Consultative Selling: The ability to diagnose a hotel’s specific pain points (e.g., "long queues at 2 PM") and map Astrexa Privé as the solution.
- Stakeholder Mapping: navigating complex hotel hierarchies. They must know how to bypass gatekeepers to reach the General Manager (GM) or Director of IT.
- Pipeline Management: disciplined use of CRM to track leads from "Contact" to "Contract."
2. Domain Expertise
- Hospitality Operations Knowledge: They must speak the language of a hotelier. They need to understand terms like ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, Front Office Operations, and Night Audit.
- Existing Network (Crucial): Demonstrated access to decision-makers in 4-star and 5-star properties in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
- PMS Familiarity: Specific knowledge of Oracle OPERA is a massive plus. They don't need to be a technician, but they must understand what a Property Management System (PMS) is and why integration matters.
3. Technical Aptitude
- Demo Proficiency: The ability to conduct a live software demonstration via iPad or laptop without technical support.
- Concept Grasp of AI/OCR: Ability to explain how the face match and ID scanning works simply to a non-technical GM without getting bogged down in jargon.
- Understanding of APIs/Integrations: Ability to answer the question, "Does this talk to my current system?" confidently.
4. Regional & Soft Skills (The Leader)
- Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Arabic (for negotiation and building trust) and English (for contracts and tech specs) is virtually mandatory for KSA leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Since this leads to a Country Head role, they need the ability to create a "Go-to-Market" strategy for the region, not just close one-off deals.
- Resilience & Autonomy: As a commission-based remote role, they must have high self-discipline.
