Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administration Intern to support our daily HR and administrative operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are eager to gain practical experience in HR administration, data handling, and bilingual workplace communication within a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of HR and administrative records
- Translation of documents and communication (Arabic ↔ English) when required
- Assisting the team during visits to offices, government entities, or external partners for translation support
- Supporting day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Coordinating with internal team members as needed
