Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Female Telesales Representative currently residing in Saudi Arabia to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين أو الحاليين لتعريفهم بالمنتجات أو الخدمات.
• الإجابة على استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات أو الشركة.
• فهم متطلبات العملاء ومحاولة إغلاق صفقات البيع.
• إدخال وتحديث بيانات العملاء في قاعدة البيانات (CRM).
• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بمهنية للحفاظ على سمعة الشركة.
• بذل جهد إضافي لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية (Target).
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات المكالمات والمبيعات وتدوين الملاحظات الهامة.

Skills

Requirements:

• Gender: Female.
• Location: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Skills: Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Soft Skills: Patient, cool-tempered, and able to handle rejection.
