  • Job Role: To drive continuous improvement in service operations by analyzing business performance, implementing quality standards, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role ensures that service processes align with brand standards, customer expectations, and operational efficiency goals.


  • Knowledge: Requires knowledge of automotive service processes, customer service principles, and dealership systems (e.g., DMS, CRM). Also demands supervisory skills to manage customer experience programs and basic reporting.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or Quality Management.


  • Requirement
  1. Saudi national is preferred 
  2. Joining within 1 month is preferred
  3. Bilingual language Arabic and English are essential
  4. Open to relocate 
  5. Minimum 4–5 years as Supervisor in automotive service operations, quality assurance, or business development.
  6. Experience with Japanese brands or commercial vehicles (Mitsubishi, FUSO) is a plus.


Skills

Job Related Skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and DMS/CRM systems.

• Knowledge of automotive quality frameworks.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in Arabic and English
