JW International, a strategic vertical under JW Retail (part of JW SEZ Group), is engaged in multi-category trading and distribution across home appliances, tires, and luggage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As JW International expands its reach in the KSA market, the National Sales Manager (NSM) will be responsible for Building a strong sales organization, optimizing channel coverage, and driving sustainable revenue growth across all product lines. This role demands a forward-looking commercial leader who can align short-term execution with long-term strategic objectives, ensuring excellence in dealer management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and cross-category integration. The NSM will report to the GM Sales – JWI, ensuring aggressive growth in a competitive market through strategic planning, operational discipline, and innovation-driven execution.


  1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
  2. Drive revenue growth and market share in the assigned territory.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve performance goals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  7. Ensure effective execution of product launches, promotions, and trade activities at the regional level.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless execution.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries within KSA.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. In-depth understanding of retail and distributor networks within Saudi Arabia.
  7. Ability to travel within the region as required
