Job Title: Field Compliance Coordinator
Job Overview:Oversee health, safety, and compliance activities on oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and supporting construction management during EPC phases.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent Minimum 6 years of experience as an HSE coordinator
Selection Criteria:Relevant work experience and training Strong educational background Technical and soft skills Professional and well-presented personality
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent Experience in Oil and Gas project management, particularly EPC phases (engineering, material procurement, construction management)
Preferred Certifications:OSHA certification or equivalent for safety professionals
Preferred Skills:Advanced technical and soft skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
