Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support and expertise, working to understand customer requirements, and delivering tailored solutions for bolting and tensioning challenges. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and executing sales strategies. The Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications2-3 Years Experience in similar industry, with proven ability to promote and sell technical products. Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding technical specifications relevant to the target industries. Candidate Must have valid KSA driving license Strong Communication skills to effectively present solutions and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with oil & gas, steel, or other relevant industries is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
