We are seeking an experienced Household Manager who is ready to transition within a short period to manage and oversee the full operation of a private residence. The role includes supervising cleanliness and organization, managing and training staff, and coordinating guest hospitality, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
• Supervise all cleaning and organization across the residence
• Manage and train household staff and organize work schedules
• Oversee hospitality and guest reception
• Monitor kitchens, rooms, living areas, gardens, and vehicles
• Ensure continuous readiness and adherence to proper protocols
Skills
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in private residences or high-end hospitality
• Proven experience in staff management and training
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High integrity, professionalism, and respect for privacy
• Arabic required; English is an advantage
Preferred
• 4–5 star hotel experience
• Background in guest services and protocol
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
