Relationship Manager
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)🕒 Type: Full-Time👤 Reports To: Head of Operations / Customer Success Lead
At Mnzil, strong client relationships are a core driver of growth. As a fast-growing prop-tech company reshaping workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, we work closely with enterprise clients to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale.
As a Relationship Manager, you will own the post-sales relationship with Mnzil’s largest clients. You will ensure smooth handovers from Sales, oversee onboarding and service deployment, and act as the primary point of contact across operations, payments, escalations, and renewals.


🔑 What You’ll Own
Coordinate with the Sales team to receive new clients and ensure a clear understanding of contract terms and service scope. Validate client requirements and ensure accurate data entry across internal systems. Lead onboarding activities, kickoff meetings, and establish clear communication and escalation channels. Ensure all contracted services (housing and related services) are deployed on time and in line with agreed requirements. Monitor service performance post-launch and flag issues to Operations for quick resolution. Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell based on client needs and usage patterns. Act as the single point of contact for escalated client issues, requests, and complaints. Follow up proactively on invoicing and payments, coordinating closely with Finance on reconciliations and exceptions. Conduct periodic performance and relationship review meetings with clients. Gather structured feedback and share insights with Operations, Product, and Leadership. Track upcoming check-outs and renewal timelines. Engage clients ahead of renewal to secure continuation decisions and finalize required approvals and documentation.


✅ What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success. Experience managing enterprise or key client accounts. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. Experience in real estate, prop-tech, hospitality, or service-based businesses is a plus. Fluent in Arabic and English.
