Alsalehat Holding Company -Jeddah Looking for Collection Supervisor - Saudi Only Key Responsibilities:-Determine the collection area for each collector.-Supervising the process of monitoring outstanding loans and collecting payments.-Follow up on the delivery of the amounts collected from the collectors to the fund or deposit them in the company’s private account.-Establish risk management policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulations and supervise their implementation.-Distributes collection tasks to collectors.-Follows up on the implementation of collection operations with collectors and solves any problems they encounter.-He carries out any other tasks and responsibilities that fall within the scope of his competence and based on the assignment of his direct superior. Requirements: Education:Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, Finance, banking and insurance or similar field. Experience:Proven experience of 3 years or more as a collection supervisor in the field of malls or property management.-Good experience in collection management and reporting. Skills:Ability to lead a work team, familiarity with government systems.-Tactfulness in dealing with others.-The ability to consolidate relationships with external parties.-Ability to lead, direct and supervise.-English language.-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.-Communication skills.
