About the Role
- responsible for generating and qualifying leads and conducting offline demo meetings with visiting potential clients daily to qualify opportunities and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and Qualify Sales Leads:
- Proactively identify and generate sales leads, assessing and qualifying potential clients to ensure high-quality opportunities.
Schedule and Conduct Demo Meetings:
- Arrange and conduct offline demonstration meetings with prospective clients to showcase products and services.
Close Sales and Overcome Objections:
- Drive sales effectively by explaining product/service offerings, addressing client objections, overcoming them, and securing signed contracts.
Uphold Professionalism:
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company in all client interactions and activities.
Achieve Appointment & Sales Targets :
- Meet or exceed daily appointment scheduling targets, ensuring a steady pipeline of client meetings.
- Qualify Potential client offline through Knocking Door and daily visits to achieve monthly targets
- Consistently meet monthly sales contract targets to contribute to overall company growth and objectives.
CRM Management and Reporting:
- Accurately manage and update customer data in CRM systems, generating reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for tracking performance and insights.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years on sales
- Software background
- Super deal closer
- Superior sales and negotiation skills
- Able to achieve monthly targets
- Very Good MS Office, CRM experience.
