Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage construction works for a large-scale building project. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and execution of structural and architectural works, ensuring progress in line with approved schedules, quality requirements, and project specifications. The Construction Manager will be responsible for site execution, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on site
- Coordinate structural and architectural works, including concrete, steel, and finishing interfaces
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Develop and control daily, weekly, and look-ahead construction plans
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and procurement teams
- Manage subcontractors and site supervision teams to ensure productivity and quality
- Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related technical issues
- Review shop drawings and construction methodologies related to superstructure works
- Lead site coordination meetings and report progress to project management
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in superstructure or building construction projects
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on high-rise or complex building projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures, formwork systems, and architectural works
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams
- Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
