Summary:
We are seeking a Hospitality Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our hospitality staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop training materials, modules, and courses tailored to the diverse roles within the hospitality industry
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to staff members at all levels
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Training and Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
