Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience & Loyalty Specialist to design and manage all customer relations and loyalty activities for Thermo Steakhouse. You will own the full retention journey from idea to execution to reporting, working closely with the marketing team and management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Design and implement simple, effective retention campaigns and activities.
  • Create and manage loyalty programs and customer return plans.
  • Segment customers and improve repeat visits based on behavior and feedback.
  • Track KPIs such as repeat-visit rate, reactivation rate, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare clear monthly and quarterly retention reports for management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on messaging and promotions.
  • Lead the full retention project independently from A to Z.


Candidate Requirements


  • Proven experience in customer relations, CRM, loyalty, or similar role (MUST).
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to plan, execute, and track campaigns using basic tools (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM / POS exports).
  • Creative, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
  • Ready and willing to relocate to Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
