Job Summary:
Join the world’s largest Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) facility at JIGPC. As a Process Engineer, you will support the Central Engineering team in executing process design deliverables, resolving technical queries, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role offers exposure to mega-scale operations and collaboration with global leaders like Air Products, ACWA Power, and Saudi Aramco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute process design deliverables for projects and plant modifications.
- Prepare Basis of Design (BoD), PFDs, and P&IDs in line with project standards.
- Perform sizing calculations for lines, equipment, relief valves, and orifices.
- Prepare equipment and instrument data sheets; conduct capacity checks.
- Support Management of Change (MoC) processes and respond to technical queries.
- Participate in HAZOP and design reviews; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in process engineering within Oil & Gas or Refining.
- Experience in FEED engineering and project development.
- Knowledge of API, ASME, and preferably Saudi Aramco standards.
- Strong understanding of process safety systems and relief devices.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
