Job Summary:

Join the world’s largest Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) facility at JIGPC. As a Process Engineer, you will support the Central Engineering team in executing process design deliverables, resolving technical queries, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role offers exposure to mega-scale operations and collaboration with global leaders like Air Products, ACWA Power, and Saudi Aramco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute process design deliverables for projects and plant modifications.
• Prepare Basis of Design (BoD), PFDs, and P&IDs in line with project standards.
• Perform sizing calculations for lines, equipment, relief valves, and orifices.
• Prepare equipment and instrument data sheets; conduct capacity checks.
• Support Management of Change (MoC) processes and respond to technical queries.
• Participate in HAZOP and design reviews; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in process engineering within Oil & Gas or Refining.
• Experience in FEED engineering and project development.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, and preferably Saudi Aramco standards.
• Strong understanding of process safety systems and relief devices.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
