We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the architecture industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical design, particularly within architectural applications. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical designs. The Mechanical Design Engineer will collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure that mechanical systems are effectively integrated into building designs. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, while also adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design mechanical systems for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to create integrated designs that meet project specifications and client needs.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the viability of proposed mechanical systems.
  4. Utilize CAD software to create detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
  5. Perform simulations and analyses to evaluate the performance of mechanical systems under various conditions.
  6. Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate design concepts and project progress to stakeholders.
  7. Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that they are executed according to design specifications.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the implementation phase of projects.
  9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design and engineering practices to continuously improve design processes.
