The Ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that can consistently generate new clients for our service. This includes creating and maintaining a repeatable model that ensures a constant flow of new customer acquisition. The successful candidate is expected to maintain an occupancy rate of 80% or above at all times. They will understand the real estate market, have the ability to foresee market trends, and possess a knack for quick problem-solving to reduce the lead time for the delivery of new units. In addition, they will also be tasked with targeting and securing meetings with C-level executives to pitch our novel service concept. This requires excellent networking skills, persistence, and the ability to convincingly present the value our service presents to high-level decision-makers.
Candidate should have
- Stong experience in B2B Sales
- Track record in selling NEW cocncepts
- Experience in selling to businesses in these sectors: Realestate, Event Managemnt, F&B
Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must. Highly desirable are candidates with a strong network of contacts within the Realestate, Event Managemnt, F&B industry and knowledge of CRM software.
