Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Riyadh. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering real estate solutions that align with their preferences. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for closing sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team in meeting business goals. • Overseeing all processes related to marketing and selling commercial units, residential properties, and off-plan projects on-site. • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing and implementing improvements where needed. Gathering competitor insights—including pricing, payment plans, and market trends—to enhance sales analysis and performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to expand sales opportunities and preserve valuable connections with key clients. • Exploring new sales approaches and strategies to increase transactions related to raw lands, commercial and residential units, and villas.• Preparing daily, monthly, and annual sales reports that accurately reflect achievements and workflow progress. Coordinating with customer experience and marketing departments to follow up on client needs and ensure smooth communication. • Performing any additional duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in real estate development or sales. Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and interpersonal relationship management Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and closing deals Experience in providing or receiving Sales Training to improve skills and sales outcomes Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet sales targets Knowledge of the real estate industry in Riyadh is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in English are highly desirable
