We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our automotive dealership in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repairs. Your responsibilities will include managing service appointments, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring timely follow-up on vehicle status. You will collaborate closely with technicians and other team members to facilitate efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  2. Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow to maximize efficiency.
  3. Provide detailed estimates for services and repairs, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing.
  4. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and communicate updates to customers.
  5. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up actions.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on service promotions, warranty policies, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Assist in training new service advisors and support team members in achieving departmental goals.
  10. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment through collaboration and effective communication.
