We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team at a leading medical clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support the clinic's growth and operational efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, capable of managing complex financial processes and leading a team of accounting professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
2. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor budget performance throughout the year.
4. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and compliance with local tax regulations.
6. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the clinic's assets and ensure financial integrity.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
8. Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
9. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations to ensure the clinic's financial practices remain compliant and efficient.
10. Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.

1. Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role within the healthcare or medical industry.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance in Saudi Arabia.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of financial reporting tools.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring accounting staff.
