Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor budget performance throughout the year.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the clinic's assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations to ensure the clinic's financial practices remain compliant and efficient.

- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance in Saudi Arabia.
