Saudi
  • Handling Etimad portals and/or SAP Ariba.

 

  • Handling Portals – SEC, Aramco, Sabic, Marafiq, all the other Client Portal

 

  • Portal Handling includes – Updating the documents and keep the portal active/valid well in advance, downloading the RFQ’s, submitting the proposals, following up the status of the quotes, completing the Bid clarifications if required.

 

  • Downloaded inquiries shall be forwarded to respective Salesperson and following up with them for the proposal submission.

 

  • General market inquiries from the portal shall be forwarded to the trading houses and manufacturers directly for the quote. Follow up the quote

 

  • Prepare the worksheet and get approval from Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager before submitting the quote in portal.

 

  • If the RFQ is converted to Purchase Order, the same shall be processed and placed with corresponding suppliers

 

  • Teamwork, coordination and alignment with company goals.
  • Participating in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with major clients.

 

  • Proper follow-up on inquiries, deliveries and payments.

 

  • Coordinating closely with logistics, finance and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Visiting clients like end users, contractors & consultants to generate business.
  • Scheduling and tracking of leads/enquiries and ensuring its timely submission as per bid due date.
  • Creation and submission of detailed techno-commercial proposals to meet client specific requirements.
  • Completion of Complete Sales Process Cycle i.e. from Customer visit, Enquiry/Lead Generation, Quote Preparation, Quote Submission, PO placement to sub vendors/OEM/Principals, Invoice Submission & Payment follow up.
  • Tracking purchase orders and ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordination with internal Logistics team to ensure material delivery of the respective orders is hassle-free.
  • Reporting to Sales Manager and Operation Manager daily activity and if any guidance required.
