We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR&Admin Supervisor/Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources and administrative functions in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing personnel policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments to foster a productive work environment. The HR&Admin Supervisor/Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Candidates unsuitable for HR Manager but strong in recruitment may be considered for Recruitment Supervisor/Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring that HR policies support the organization's goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and implementing necessary changes to policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities within the organization.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor relationships to support the organization’s operational needs.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, helping to resolve complex employee situations and advising on best practices.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in HR management or administration, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
