We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing business development strategies that align with our company’s objectives, while also managing a team of professionals dedicated to achieving these goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach and increase revenue.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the overall corporate strategy.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development initiatives.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability and ensure mutual benefit.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business development efforts.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
  4. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving targets.
  5. Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  6. Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to various audiences.
  7. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic & Chinese is a plus.
