المهام الوظيفية:
- تقديم خدمات قص الشعر، السشوار، التسريحات والعناية بالشعر
- تنفيذ خدمات الصبغات، الهايلايت، البلياج وغيرها (في حال توفر الخبرة)
- مساعدة العميلات في اختيار القصات والألوان المناسبة لملامحهن ونوعية شعرهن
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب مكان العمل والالتزام بمعايير النظافة
- استقبال العميلات بابتسامة وتعامل راقٍ وبناء علاقة ثقة معهن
- العمل بروح الفريق والمساهمة في جذب وبناء قاعدة عميلات للصالون
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة كمصففة شعر في صالون نسائي
- مهارة جيدة في قص الشعر، التسريح، السشوار (وتُعتبر خبرة الصبغات ميزة إضافية)
- معرفة جيدة بأحدث صيحات الشعر والمنتجات
- أسلوب ممتاز في خدمة العميلات والتواصل معهن
- مظهر مهني أنيق، التزام بالمواعيد والانضباط
- القدرة على العمل بنظام الشفتات حسب جدول الصالون
- لغير السعوديات: يشترط إقامة قابلة للتحويل (نقل كفالة)

Job Title: Hair Stylist (Female)
Location: Qatif – Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
A new, modern women’s salon in Qatif is looking for a creative and skilled Hair Stylist to join the team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide professional haircuts, blow-dry, styling and treatments
- Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage and related color services (if experienced)
- Advise clients on styles, colors, hair care and maintenance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the work station
- Deliver a friendly, welcoming experience to every client
- Work as part of a team to help grow the salon and build loyal clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser in a salon
- Good skills in cutting, styling and blow-dry (color is a plus)
- Knowledge of current hair trends and products
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance, clean and punctual
- Ability to work in shifts as per salon schedule
- For non-Saudis: must have a valid transferable residency (iqama)
Package:
- Salary: 500 – 550 USD per month
- Plus commission on services/products
