Job Overview
Sico Paints Factory is seeking an experienced ERPNext Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERP system across manufacturing, warehouse, retail, and finance operations.
You will be responsible for building an integrated, scalable ERPNext environment tailored to our production workflows, batch-based manufacturing processes, raw material tracking, costing, procurement cycles, and multi-warehouse operations.
This role is critical to improving efficiency, reducing manual work, enabling accurate data visibility, and supporting our company’s growth.
All required visa documentation will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Process Mapping
- Work closely with production, sales, inventory, procurement, QC, and finance teams to understand business processes.
- Map existing workflows to ERPNext modules and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop SOPs and ERP process documentation.
2. ERPNext Customization & Development
- Customize ERPNext modules based on factory-specific workflows (Manufacturing, Stock, Buying, Accounting, CRM, POS, etc.).
- Develop custom scripts, server scripts, print formats, and DocTypes when needed.
- Configure BOMs, Work Orders, batch/lot tracking, raw material consumption, and WIP processes.
3. Full-cycle ERP Implementation
- Lead planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Prepare and migrate master data (products, raw materials, packaging, customers, vendors, BOMs, price lists, opening balances).
- Validate data integrity between ERPNext and physical warehouse/manufacturing activities.
4. Reporting & Integrations
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports for production, costing, purchasing, and sales.
- Integrate ERPNext with external systems (POS, accounting tools, retail operations, factory machines where applicable).
- Optimize workflows to ensure real-time visibility across departments.
5. User Management & Training
- Set up user roles, permissions, and approval workflows.
- Train employees from production, warehouse, sales, and finance teams on effective ERP usage.
- Prepare training materials and guides.
6. Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide troubleshooting and functional/technical support post-implementation.
- Identify and execute system improvements based on user feedback.
- Coordinate with external developers, vendors, or freelancers when additional expertise is required.

(On-site at the factory; occasional support for our retail branches)
Qualifications
Required
- Strong hands-on experience implementing ERPNext (minimum 2 full implementations).
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing workflows, BOM structures, costing, warehouse operations, and procurement cycles.
- Ability to configure and customize ERPNext modules without supervision.
- Experience with data migration and CSV imports.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with the Frappe Framework (Python/JS) for deeper customizations.
- Experience in chemical/paint manufacturing or batch-based industries.
- Previous work in multi-company, multi-location ERP environments.
- Familiarity with API integrations.
