The GRO Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the administrative functions related to government relations within the Oil & Gas sector. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with local regulations and facilitating smooth interactions between the company and governmental bodies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the industry, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain all government-related documentation and records for the organization.
  2. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to labor, immigration, and other governmental requirements.
  3. Coordinate with government agencies to facilitate the processing of visas, permits, and licenses.
  4. Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and applications to government authorities.
  5. Provide support in resolving any issues or inquiries from government entities.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations and policies that may affect the organization.
  7. Train and guide staff on compliance matters and government procedures.
  8. Develop and implement efficient administrative processes for government relations.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  10. Prepare and manage budgets related to government relations activities.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and immigration policies.
  2. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  3. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in using office software and government online portals.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials.
  9. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
  10. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing regulations.
