Goals and Objectives:Optimize procurement processes to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices, while fostering strong supplier relationships. Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead procurement and supply chain operations for energy and trading projects, ensuring timely sourcing, delivery, and cost efficiency. Manage procurement budgets and international LC operations for blanket orders, maintaining financial accuracy and vendor compliance. Oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, vendor performance, and warehouse coordination tooptimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs. Coordinate international logistics across air, sea, and land modes, ensuring customs compliance and efficient routing. Execute tendering processes via SAP Ariba, including ARAMCO bids, and prepare detailedtechno-commercial submissions. Conduct market analysis, negotiate terms, and manage vendor onboarding, registration, anddocumentation. Administer import/export operations in compliance with SABER, CITC, SFDA, FASAH, and Type Approval regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing. Schedule and monitor shipments across four regions, manage Incoterms, and resolve logisticsissues and claims. Support Procurement team, warehouse teams, Sales Team for the Microsoft Dynamics 365Business Central Operation. Skills and Attributes:In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures. Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms and pricing. Proficiency in contract management and vendor relationship management. Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Integrity and ethical behavior in all procurement activities. Adaptability to changing business needs and willingness to learn and grow in the role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Commerce, Business Administration or Engineering. Any certification in the supply chain or Procurement or inventory management will be plus point. Minimum 5-10 years of experience as procurement officer/assistant procurement manager. Must be familiar with inventory management software’s, should have expert level experience in MS Excel.
