Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Dammam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored equipment rental solutions. Responsibilities also include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other teams to ensure excellent client service. The role requires proactive client engagement and understanding of the construction and industrial sectors in the region.
Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify potential clients and close deals. Excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with equipment rental services and a foundational understanding of the construction and industrial sectors. Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate the company's services and solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and possessing problem-solving skills to address client needs. Proficiency in using relevant sales tools and software is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, is advantageous. Previous experience in sales or in similar industries (Aramco Projects) is a strong plus.
