Job Title: SMO Leader (Strategy Management Office Leader)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in Strategy Management, PMO, or Corporate Planning.
- Strong experience in developing, monitoring, and evaluating strategic plans and organizational performance.
- Ability to manage KPIs, balance scorecards, and strategy dashboards.
- Experience in coordinating with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Strong background in project management, including tracking initiatives, risks, and progress reports.
- Proficiency in strategy tools such as OKRs, KPIs, BSC, and project tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Preferably experience in industrial, energy, or services sectors (can be adjusted based on need).
