Duties & Responsibilities :-

1-     Supervise and control daily production activities according to the production plan.

2-     Ensure machines and equipment are operated efficiently and safely.

3-     Monitor production output, cycle times, and material usage to achieve targets.

4-     Ensure proper setup and changeover of molds, dies, or extrusion tools as required.

5-     Adjust machine settings for quality or efficiency improvements.

6-     Recommend corrective actions for recurring production or operator issues

7-     Assign tasks and responsibilities to operators and technicians.

8-     Ensure products meet defined specifications and quality standards.

9-     Ensure correct raw materials and color masterbatches are used as per production order.

10- Prepare and submit daily production reports (output, downtime, waste, manpower).

11- Resolve minor machine issues and operator errors on the floor.

Experience :-

3-5 Experience in the plastics, packaging, or pipe manufacturing industry is a must

Qualifications :-

Technical Diploma in Plastic or any other related field

Skills

1.Strong Mechanical aptitude and Trouble shooting skills in Thermforming process           

 2. Ability to read and interpret Technical Documents and blue prints.
