VIONIX Pharma Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the expansion of PHARMORIS™, an AI-enabled platform that assists pharmacy and healthcare organisations with medicine utilisation and operational insights.
The role involves developing client relationships, introducing the platform to healthcare stakeholders, and managing pilot evaluations across Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting client onboarding processes. This is a field-based position that requires regular visits to pharmacies, hospital pharmacy departments, and healthcare organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors
- Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver product demonstrations
- Present PHARMORIS™ to clinical, operational, and procurement teams
- Prepare commercial proposals and support pilot programme coordination
- Maintain structured activity records and provide weekly progress updates
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to support client delivery
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare organisations in the region
Skills
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, medical solutions, pharmacy operations, medical distribution, or health-tech
- Experience engaging hospital pharmacy teams, procurement departments, or pharmacy groups
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, formulary processes, or medicine utilisation
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle: outreach → meetings → demonstrations → proposals → closing
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with healthcare software or digital health platforms
- Familiarity with pharmacy inventory or formulary optimisation tools
- Ability to manage independent field work and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales reporting
